PRINTS

All artwork is printed on heavy cover stock paper with soy based inks unless otherwise noted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some countries may require a VAT (Value Added Tax) to be paid before delivery of a package. We do not collect VAT so payment of this is the customer's responsibility. Please make sure to see if your country requires a VAT. By checking out and submitting payment to this site you acknowledge and agree to pay any other duties or customs associated to your order.


SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from receipt of payment. If for some reason it takes a bit longer I will make sure to notify you. To avoid delays in delivery please make sure you provide the most up to date shipping address.

NOTE: Shipping and packaging costs are determined by the packing materials, weight and size of the purchased items, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail rate, USPS Tracking (US only), and destination. Typical shipping and packaging costs, and estimated delivery times:

All packages 15.9 oz and under have the option of being shipped USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail which includes tracking and insurance. Anything above 15.9 oz will be automatically shipped via Priority Mail.

If you want a shipping upgrade, mailing confirmation or insurance of some kind, then click on Priority Shipping at checkout or contact me for additional options.

Most countries do not charge any customs fees or tariffs for print purchase. However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and tariffs that may be charged in your country at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's policies.

PACKAGING

All shipments are sent flat, inserted into a plastic sleeve with chipboards, and placed between corrugated pads. For smaller prints rigid kraft seal envelopes are used and for enamel pins flat bubble mailers.

DAMAGED GOODS

Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for damages that occur during transit. If for some reason your shipment is damaged as a result of shipping, I will handle your claim on a case-by-case basis as long as it is insured. Please take a picture BEFORE you open the parcel if you suspect that the parcel has been damaged in any way. Please e-mail the photos of the UNOPENED damaged package and the damaged item. 

I do not refund lost or stolen packages. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. 

PURCHASES

All orders are non-refundable and exchanges are not possible. By ordering and submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

California state law requires that I add a 8.75% sales tax to purchases delivered to California addresses.
